About Rawdahouse
Rawdahouse sells fragrance products online. Product descriptions, images and prices are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Packaging and presentation may vary slightly from images shown.
Orders and contracts
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched. We may contact you if there is a problem with stock, pricing or order information.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website at the time of ordering. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
Delivery
Delivery information is provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, but your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns and refunds
Our 14-day cancellation, returns and refund arrangements are explained in our Delivery & Returns policy. Perfume returns must be unopened, unused and sealed unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly at contact@rawdahouse.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
